A blend of breathwork, movement, and meditation practices. Guided one-to-one, tailored and paced to meet your specific needs, and evolve as you grow. Whether you’re looking to better navigate stress and overwhelm; find yourself in a time of transition; are preparing or recovering from surgery/injury; or are searching for ways to better your overall well-being, Priscilla is here to support. Working with all levels of practice, she guides somatic practices, tools and techniques while building progressive sequences and sessions according to your preferred areas of focus.

Guided Practices:

Breathwork

Including diaphragmatic breathing, and advanced heating and cooling breath practices. Your breath is your ultimate tool. It’s always with you.

Movement

Functional and natural movement, alongside yoga-inspired postures for strength, balance and mobility. Practiced from reclined, prone, seated, and standing.

Meditation

Meditation can take many forms including body scans, sensory and relaxation techniques, stillness and reflection practices.

Reset & Regulate is an introductory package recommended for anyone looking to reconnect with, or begin, a personal practice. Available in one-to-one packages that focus on the fundamentals of breathwork, movement and meditation, and support the foundation of your somatic practice.

Reset & Regulate

Helping you build foundation in your practice through the fundamentals of breathwork, supportive posture & presence. Each session offers practical tools, techniques, and resources to help you regulate, support, and soothe your nervous system.

Through a series of three one-to-one sessions, Priscilla guides you through the fundamentals of diaphragmatic breathing to improve breath capacity and pelvic floor strength; exploring your optimal alignment for more ease in your posture, movement, and balance; and enhancing self awareness through compassionate curiosity, presence, and reflection.

A thoughtful and gentle approach, these somatic sessions are designed to help build the foundation of your toolbox with skills that you can implement to relieve stress, realign, rest and recover; learn techniques that strengthen your mobility and enhance everyday activities; explore the fundamentals of natural and functional breathing and movement; and supportive considerations that meet you where you’re at today.

Once complete, additional one-to-one sessions can be arranged to continue progressing your practice and areas of preferred focus.
