About Priscilla

Priscilla specializes in community well-being and workplace consulting. Her knowledge encompasses understanding the impact of our experiences on overall well-being, including exposure to trauma. A former deathcare professional, she draws on over a decade of lived experience in the field. She incorporates peer support principles throughout her work, and embraces a non-clinical approach that emphasizes insights and education.

She collaborates with organizations and community agencies to integrate holistic health and wellness practices, and promotes open conversations around navigating stress and overwhelm from a broadened perspective. She teaches somatic practices for self awareness, regulation and resilience; alongside supportive communication skills that foster collaborative and respectful environments so that, together, we can grow through challenges.

With practical tools to share, she established Intentions Wellness in 2013 with the goal of empowering individuals to implement proactive and sustainable practices for well-being, and understand how our intentional responses can connect us in meaningful ways.

Practical support for personal well-being.

Perspective informed through compassion.
