Reset & Regulate

Build foundation in your practice through three introduction modules: breathwork, supportive posture & presence. Each module offers practical tools, techniques, and resources to help you re-regulate, support and soothe your nervous system. Guided practices include diaphragmatic breathing to improve breath capacity and pelvic floor strength; exploring your optimal alignment for more ease in movement and balance; and developing self awareness through compassionate curiosity. A mindful and gentle approach, this course is designed to build the foundation of your toolbox to develop skills that you can implement to relieve stress, realign, rest and recover; learn techniques that support your everyday activities; and explore the fundamentals of functional breathing and natural movement.

Rhythm & Routine

Progress your wellness practices through six immersive modules: breathe, digest, move, rest, sleep & connect. Each module is designed to help you reconnect with your daily rhythm, and integrate supportive routines for whole health and personal sustainability. Expand your toolbox through a blend of guided practices, prompts and tutorials; holistic considerations and education; recipes and beautiful guidebooks; alongside access to our speakers series, live Q&A sessions, research and resources. This course offers an in-depth approach with a variety of options to elevate and progress your level of practice, better understand how to support your unique constitution, and space to explore what might work best for you in your current season of life.
