Collaborative discovery for individuals and organizations from a peer lens and encourages longterm growth for well-being in our communities and workplaces.

Consultations include but are not limited to reviewing, coordinating and applying a peer lens to support :

  • Programs and policies; improving and implementing access to wellness programs and supports.

  • Educational workshops and tailored talks, including team building sessions for staff, leaders, and frontline staff.

  • Enhancing leadership and communication skills; strengthening trust, safety and collaboration amongst peers, colleagues, clients and client families.

  • Recognizing and maintaining compassionate client care.

  • Considerations and building well-being practices; learning to identify personal signs of stress while maintaining personal and professional limits and boundaries.

  • Somatic Practices, guided tools and techniques for self awareness, regulation, and resilience.

  • Referrals to trusted professionals without obligation when identified needs may benefit from complimentary services.
