On April 6th, we are gathering as a community to create safe spaces and humanize the conversation around to Mental Health and Wellness.

Although this is a subject that is gaining ground in awareness, there is still a lot of work to be done to end stigma and create supportive environments for individuals experiencing a mental health challenge, illness or addiction to vocalize their struggle. Having open conversations around this subject is critical to fostering connection and supporting recovery.

Join us for this first of many gatherings to discuss Peer Support, Lived Experience and Recovery. Sharing with us for the evening will be two of our own community members who will speak to their personal stories and experiences with mental health challenges.

*As a trained Peer Supporter and Facilitator , Hayley Peek also identifies as an individual with lived experience with mental illness. She has chosen to turn her passion for empowering others into her daily work.*
